Senior Staff Accountant

We are seeking a well versed Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from payments and variable expenses to bank transactions and budgeting.

Job details Include -

• Assist and oversee Accounts Payable and receivable functions
• Month End Close, Bank Reconcilations, Journal Entries
• Prepare financial statements and regulatory reporting documents
• Maintain account balances and bank statements
• Assist with audits and taxes
• General ledger and assist month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with in preparing documents and interpreting complicated financial information.
• Other Accounting projects as needed

Requirements and Qualifications -

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of experience as an accountant
• Proficient with Mircosoft Office Suite and ERP Accounting software
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excel Proficient
